Brut Rosé MV 1.5L
This wine is full and round with smooth flavors and fine persistent bubbles. Notes of fresh strawberry and bright citrus on the nose merge with hints of brioche and pastry crust on the palate. The extra measure of Pinot Noir contributes elegance and austerity, which balance nicely with the delicate fruitiness of the Chardonnay.94 Points / Hidden Gem
"This sparkling rosé is classic, showcasing dried raspberry, strawberry, and brioche, with tiny bubbles and a firm midpalate. More flavors of bruléed orange and cinnamon lead to a supple, mineral finish."

"A fresh and delicate wine with pretty aromas of berries, pastry crust and rosewater. Pretty pale pink color with crispness, delicate bubbles, vibrant acidity and flavors of orange Creamsicles. A long, delicate and pleasing finish with thyme at the end."

Gorgeously pretty in a salmon hue, the MV Brut Rose is a blend of 56% Pinot Noir and 44% Chardonnay given additional complexity from 10 to 15% oak-aged wines from the estate's reserve cellars. Disgorged in May 2023. It has a dosage of 8 grams per liter and is delightfully precise in nature, fully balanced between red fruit and acidity, with a rounded mid-palate and enduring finesse to the mousse. The acidity and structure are solidly impressive and should give the wine plenty of time to age through 2035, if not beyond.

Graceful yet dynamic, with pretty strawberry and citrus flavors that take on fresh violet, orange peel and spice accents as this builds vibrancy toward the bright finish.

The NV Brut Rosé is a serious but also very versatile Rosé. Cranberry, spice, dried rose petal and mint grace this understated, resonant Rosé. This Pinot Noir-based Rosé fleshes out beautifully with a bit of time in the glass.
